The research in numbers

+49ms — slower reactions after one all-nighter, lab-measured

— more attention lapses when you’re sleep-deprived

516 — players in the study where reaction speed best predicted rank

3:05 — the whole daily check, start to verdict

Fourteen days to the real answer

Check in daily

Five micro-games, three minutes. Your first three sessions build your personal baseline.

What the check measures

Five weighted slots — the games rotate daily, the measurements never move. Built from the esports-cognition and sleep-deprivation literature; no filler games.

30% Vigilance — Staying primed when nothing is happening — the most sleep-sensitive signal there is.

25% Reaction — Speed and the first correct click — the strongest cognitive correlate of LoL rank on record.

20% Tracking — Eyes on everyone — the lab version of map awareness.

15% Flexibility — The right rule at the right moment — farming into a skirmish on a cue.

10% State — Sleep, energy, stress — three sliders, zero excuses.

The anti-snake-oil clause

A low score doesn’t mean you’ll lose and a 100 doesn’t mean you’ll win — anyone who promises that is selling astrology. What you get is your state against your baseline, and after enough paired days, the honest correlation between your readiness and your results. If yours turns out weak, we show you weak. Your data, straight.

Questions players ask

Can a cognitive test tell me whether to play ranked?

It gives you a probabilistic personal signal, not a prediction. The check scores today against your own baseline across reaction, vigilance, tracking, flexibility and self-reported state. A low score does not mean you will lose and a high one does not mean you will win. After enough paired days it shows the honest correlation between your readiness and your own match results, whatever that turns out to be.

How long does the daily check take?

About three minutes, start to verdict. Five weighted slots, with the games rotating daily inside each slot while the underlying measurements stay fixed.

Does sleep actually affect gaming performance?

Measurably. A single all-nighter slows simple reaction time by roughly 49 ms and produces about five times more attention lapses in lab conditions. That swing is larger for one person than the difference between two adjacent age decades.

Is it free?

The daily check is free forever and needs no card. The free cognitive tests are playable with no account at all.

How many days before the results mean anything?

Your first three sessions build the baseline, and correlations against your match history need at least seven paired days. Below those floors no verdict or correlation is shown, because small-sample correlation is noise.
