LoL Dodge Game
Dodging is two skills wearing one name: land your shots on moving targets, and keep your feet moving while you do it. Both drills on this page are real measurement instruments — the same ones inside our daily readiness check — playable right here.

What dodging actually is
Every dodge is a chain: see the wind-up (visual reaction), decide (processing), move while still doing your job (tracking + motor control). Each link is trainable and measurable. A typical mid-range skillshot gives you 250–1,200 ms depending on distance — which is why the ~50 ms swing between your sharp days and tired days decides the close ones.
Questions players ask
How do I get better at dodging skillshots?
Dodging is two trainable skills stacked: seeing the wind-up early (visual reaction) and moving correctly while doing something else (tracking + motor control). Both respond to short, repeated practice — minutes a day of reaction and tracking drills move the needle more than hours of queue autopilot.
Does dodging practice actually transfer to League?
The underlying skills — reaction speed, target tracking, hand-eye precision — are general and well-studied; sharpening them raises your ceiling everywhere they apply. What no drill replaces is game knowledge: knowing WHEN a hook is coming. Train the hands here, learn the timings in game.
What reaction time do I need to dodge a skillshot?
A typical mid-speed skillshot gives you roughly 700–1,200 ms at max range and 250–400 ms up close. The close ones are decided by whether today is a sharp day or a tired day for you — about a 50 ms swing.
Is this the same as an aim trainer?
Aim trainers train clicking; dodging is the other direction — processing a threat and moving. These drills cover both halves, and they are measurement instruments, not point-farms: nothing here is recorded.
