LoL MMR Checker

Riot hides MMR — no site can read the real number, and any checker that prints one from your summoner name is guessing. What MMR does leak is LP flow: what the system pays you for a win and charges you for a loss. Enter yours and get the honest estimate.

How this works (and why we don't ask for your summoner name)

When your MMR matches your rank, wins and losses move you roughly symmetrically — about 25 LP each way. When they drift apart, the system leans on the exchange rate: MMR above your rank pays big wins and forgives losses to pull you up; MMR below does the opposite to drag you back. Reading that asymmetry is the estimate — roughly one division of drift per 5 LP of win/loss gap. A summoner-name lookup can't do better, because the API doesn't expose MMR at all.

ARAM MMR — the one you really can't see

ARAM keeps its own MMR, fully separate from ranked — and since ARAM has no rank and no LP, there's no exchange rate to read at all. The only shadow it casts is lobby quality: when your ARAM MMR climbs, games fill with high-ranked players, serious comps and 40-minute sweat; when it's modest, lobbies stay casual. Anyone claiming to print your exact ARAM MMR is reading tea leaves.

Questions players ask

What is MMR in League of Legends?

MMR (matchmaking rating) is the hidden number Riot uses to build fair matches. Your visible rank (tier, division, LP) is a presentation layer on top of it — they usually track each other, but they can drift apart, and the drift is what players feel as "good MMR" or "bad MMR".

Can any site show my real MMR?

No. Riot removed public MMR from the API years ago — every "MMR checker" is estimating. Sites that print an exact number from your summoner name are guessing without telling you how. The only honest read comes from how the system treats you: the LP you gain and lose.

Why do I gain less LP than I lose?

That asymmetry is the MMR signal. If your MMR sits below your current rank, the system pays you less for wins and charges you more for losses to pull your rank back toward it. The reverse — big gains, small losses — means your MMR is above your rank and the system is pushing you up.

How do I fix low MMR?

Win more than you lose at your current position — there is no other lever. MMR is a moving average of results, so it recovers the same way it fell. What you can control is when you queue: strings of losses played tilted or tired sink MMR fastest, and that is a decision problem, not a mechanics problem.

Does dodging lower my MMR?

No. Dodging costs LP and time, not MMR — the match never happened. That is why a strategic dodge into a bad-feeling lobby costs less long-term than a demoralized loss.

Does ARAM have its own MMR?

Yes — ARAM MMR is tracked completely separately from ranked and normals. You can be Diamond on the Rift and mid-tier on the Abyss. It moves the same way: win and it rises, lose and it falls.

How do I check my ARAM MMR?

You can't read it directly — ARAM has no rank and no LP, so there isn't even an LP signal to decode. The visible shadow is lobby quality: if your games keep filling with high-ranked players and sweaty comps, your ARAM MMR is high; if lobbies feel casual, it's modest. Long win streaks push it up fast.
